What we do

Truthly Pro reviews homeowner repair requests and, with your consent, routes them to local licensed service providers who may choose to contact you. We are a connection service. We are not the service provider, and we do not perform the work or dispatch anyone.

No guarantees

We can't promise a provider will be available, will contact you, or will respond in any timeframe.
We don't set or guarantee pricing, quality, or the outcome of any work.
Sending a request is free for homeowners.

Your relationship with providers

Any quote, agreement, payment, or work is strictly between you and the provider. You're responsible for vetting and hiring anyone you choose to work with. Providers are responsible for their own licensing, communications, and conduct.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and only submit a request for a home you're authorized to act for.
By submitting, you consent to the review and sharing described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Truthly Pro is not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or work of any provider, or for any damages arising from your use of the service.
